…yeah, or that…

After months of searching for a new opportunity in the Twin Cities (that wouldn’t violate the terms of my Non-Compete Agreement), my wife and I decided to look in other regions.  I knew that houses were a bargain in Las Vegas area and their economy should be poised for a recovery soon.  So, I said to her; “Hey honey, why don’t you look for something in ‘Sin City’?”.

Three days later, she had a job offer in Cincinnati

Um, o.k., sure.  While it’s not out of the snowbelt, at least the winters are milder.  And, I hear there are multiple Oktoberfests from which to choose.  So, Cincinnati, here we come!

Drop me a line if you know of any A / E / C  Industry opportunities in the Cincy-Dayton area.

About Dave Pluke

Dave Pluke served as "the man behind the curtain" (Principal and VP of Technology) of a successful Structural Engineering firm for over 2 decades. Overseeing the transition from two, stand-alone 80286 Personal Computers, through Computer Aided Drafting (CAD) and Design to a fully networked, Building Information Modeling (BIM) integrated environment has provided plenty of "life lessons" (sounds better than "battle scars", doesn't it?). This blog's purpose is to share those experiences and apply lessons learned to better assist meeting the challenges of the future.
